Ella Flowers former owner of TV-8 is shown handing license for TV-8 to Betty Syck, Thelma Aiken, Jonathan Aiken and David Aiken, President of COACB. These four were sent by the Central Ohio Association of Christian Broadcaster Inc. to carry out the actual purchase of the station which took place on Thursday January 19, 2006.
